I am being stalked and threatened can this person go to jail for that?even if you still love them and they call you name
Well, I'm not sure about jail. But you can get a restraining order against that person, then if they do come within a certain amount of feet, or contact you then yes, they can go to jail.
if you have exidence (text messages are gd) you can report them to the police and you can get an injunction on them
they cant go to prison unless you put a restraining order against them and love has nothing to do with the law
