What & Why: Vomiting Blood?

Kay so I’ve been feeling very icky today. At 1 am I vomited, and it was just normal. Then again at 4 and it was normal again. And I just did again at 7 (so every 3 hours atm), and it was this like yellow translucent liquid, but the part that worries me is a little bit of blood came up and was mixed in with it.

I’ve never puked up blood before, and I was feeling fine before today, and I still am atm, except for the you know vomiting part haha.

But should I be worried, and call the hospital? Or should I just wait and monitor it, then if it persists call in? I’m just not sure what to do at all, or why this is even happening. Anythoughts as to why, and what I should do are greatly appreciated atm. =D Thanksss!

For me when that happened it was because I was throwing up so much and after a while my stomach was empty , I don’t really get how it works to much but I know that was the reason for me , maybe try eating and if it starts to get worse I would go see a doctor .
