What website can I convert the size of gif images?

I want to use an animated gif image as an avatar for a website. But the size is to big. Does anyone know where I can resize it?

If you upload the photo to Photobucket, you can then change the size to “Small” “Regular” or “Large” before sharing it via external URL.

Another option is to just use Paint, which comes on pretty much every Windows computer. Go to Start –> Accessories –> Paint.

If neither of those work, try downloading a free version of Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. They have free trials on their websites.
