what type of cardio?

Okay. So im overweight. Not like really overweight, just over weight. and my butt and thighs are big.

so I was thinking, what type of cardio should I do? I mean, I jump rope and climb stairs (as in run up and down). I cant go to the gym because im only 13. and I cant jog outside or anything, because I live in an apartment, and my mum wouldnt trust me to jog/run outside. so I only do cardio inside the house.

I just want something that makes me go out of breathe and tired and burn fat.

advice, anyone?
