what can I say to help me in court

ok my grandpa died 2 months ago and he left land and a house behind me and my 3 sisters including my uncle is next to kin and my uncle is taking us four girls to court to get the estate and property but me and my sisters are trying to fight it we think its fair that we get say so also my father died in that house about 3 years ago alos my grandma.ok we have to go to court and say why we want to be the administrator of the estate any one have any good ideas on what I can say why me and my 3 sisters should be aknowledged in th is behalf?

When it comes to judges - all you can do is tell your side of the story, your emotional attatchment to the property, and the truth. Don’t try and bullsh*t the judge with fake stories or lies, they will see right through it. Just be honest and be real and the judge will do whatever they see is fit.
