There are lots of things you can do to help. There is a muscle you should exercise. When you start to urinate, and then try to stop, you will feel a muscle down there. At other times, exercise this muscle A LOT. Like 10 times in a row, many times a day, day after day. Get in good physical shape. For some reason if a guy is short of breath, he may not last as long with sex. Don’t ask me why. Don’t know. Remember to BREATH. Before having sex, have an orgasm by yourself an hour or two before. Your 2nd time usually lasts longer the same day.

Then practice. ALone, practice coming close, then stop. The more you practice this, the more your body will develop the habit of not coming so soon.
