What. Should I get a perm?

perms are expensive. straightning is even expensiver Xo if you perm your hair, it will grow out in about a year. if you dont like your perm and you want to have it straight, dats some big$$$ straight hair is easier to take care of. wavy or curly hair tends to get frizzy easier and faster. trust me… I permed my hair before

you sound like me. I always had pin straight hair and had been told the same stuff as you. I thought and thought about getting a perm and finally got a perm & I’ve loved it ever since. it’s so much eaiser than straigt hair. I take a shower every morning, put mousse or gel in my hair, blow dry it a little bit & I’m out the door. so much easier than having to take a shower, completely blow dry it and still straighten it. once you get a perm, and your hair starts to grow out, yes the “new grown out” hair will be straight because it wouldn’t have been exposed to the perming chemicals. like I said, I love my hair curly. I usually have to get a perm every 6 months, but that would depend on how fast your hair grows. hope this helps. I’m willing to answer answer any questions.

Get a body perm first to see if you like it. It will be slightly curly at first then relax into more of a wavy light curl. They wear out/grow out…lasting up to 5 months as they do so. Yes, your hair WILL go back to stick straight.

yeah my hair is very long its down to my belly button, but I’ve literally tried evvverything with the hairspray and curlers and al that. nothing works=[

I wouldn’t get a perm if you have short hair. But for long hair it looks pretty good. You always could just try curling it and spraying your hair with hair spray after so the curls will stay.

my hair neverrr does anything though, when I curl it it straightens out after about an hour, no matter the amount of hairspray and gel I use. so basically it just gets hard and straight and looks really bad =/ like it doesnt scrunch either. do you tihnk I should go with the perm?

by dont you buy hair curlers , then you can do what you want with your hair
