What should I do with my short hair?

My hair is like julie andrews short (in the sound of music); it looks pretty much exactly like that. I was aiming for it to be like agyness deyn’s hair. I think her hair looks amazing. I want to get it to be messy looking’ just like hers. Help! btw my eventual goal is for it to be shoulder length, so I can tie it up and put a cute little ribbon on the pony tail :d so this is like ‘what should I do meanwhile?’

U SHUD TRY GOING WITH AN EDGEY LOOK MAYBE TRY TO SPIKE IT IN THE BACK OR MAYBE CURLS your BAGS IN THE FRONT PUT GLASSES ON THE TOP TRY TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX you KNOW=]
