What should I do to get my love back?

Well I’m in a confusing situation.I broke up with the best guy in the world I think I got scared and ran!!!I found out through a source that indeed he has a new girl that he just moved in.I don’t get it @ all I talked to him all the time except the last week and he didn’t mention one word about having a girl.He told me I broke his heart which wasn’t intentional I just couldn’t put him through that ,I always text him to see how he was and all of a sudden he just cuts me off after he told me he was waiting 4 me and he would always be there 4 me ..And he loved me for a reason ..Everyday makes it harder not talking to him.We get along so great my family loves him and wants me tp be with him .I have told hi close friends so im trying to get ahold of him he has a new place and new girl its really hard to talk about this because I love him very much .. wouldn’t you want to be with the girl you love? they just known each other and already living together im so confused I think I should just let him go but I love him and don’t want to because I know we are meant for each other any advice will help even guy advice :*( & even if he does have this girl which I haven’t heard from him,but I know his mom likes me and wouldn’t lie …Please help me I never ever ask anyone to help with relationships but I need the help thank you and god bless!!
