My boyfriend and I had been together for a long time and just recently we started trying to have a baby (and no I'm not pregnant), and just yesterday, he said it wasn't working out, we broke up, and he said that I should give him time. I've been crying for 13 hours straight, havent gotten any sleep. And I know that it's not healthy for me to be like that, but I dont know what to do... I know I should let it go, but im not sure I'm ready...
NO I THINK YOU SHOULD TRY TO GET MORE CLOSURE OUT OF THE SITUATION THAT SEEMS VERY SUDDEN BUT DON'T COME OFF TOO DESPRAITE OR COCKY YOU KNOW JUST LET HIM KNOW THAT YOU UNDERSTAND HOW HE COULD BE FEELING LIKE HE NEEDS AIR AND ASK HIM DOES HE HAVE ANY REGRETS ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP...IF SO ASK why AND GET A COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP AS OF RIGHT NOW BE CAUSE IF HE LEAVING 4 ANOTHER GIRL THEN YOU SHOULD JUST EASE UP AND LET HIM MAKE A CHOICE BECAUSE HE MAKE THINK THE HOLE BABY IDEA WAS CRAZY you NO AND JUST COME AT HIM DIFFRENTLY AND DON'T MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOUR ACCUSING HIM because that DOSNT WORK
Your def. Not ready to let go. The healing time on a long relationship takes about two years to "get over" and your never really over it. Its normal to cry, not sleep, and not eat for a while. It sucks. The best thing to do is watch funny movies, with out romance. Go out with friends. Talk out how your feeling with a parent, family member, or friend. Also before you go to bed at night write down everything your thinking in a journal. Break ups suck. Never think there is anything wrong with you. Some men just turn into jerks. I hope this helps and if you need someone to talk to just fun mail me.
