What's up with this dream?

So I had a dream before, its gone now, but now I have this new one, can someone explain to me about it please: “I’m waiting for my mum in a parking lot, its dark, but theres enough light for me to see, I hear a trash can fall over, I turn around, nothing, I hear a trolly wheel rattle, I turn around nothing, I hear a tree rattle once again I turn, nothing there, then I get pushed to the ground and my head hits the floor (hard) and its bleeding,sight kinda blurry, I see a figure coming to me, shoulders being pushed down can’t move, really sharp pain in the right side of my neck.”

Does this dream have anything to do with my nana’s necklace I got in rememberance of her, it looks like this (chain).

Well my nan passed away and she’d promised me the necklace when she was alive, aparently it beleonged to her mother and her mothers mother and so on. Why? What does it mean?
