What makes you anxious? I get anxious when Im away from my best friend.[ who I like not only as a friend] And when Im Approaching an automatic door. Im always afraid they wont open.
I have very bad anxiety. I am constantly afraid something bad (death or injury) is going to happen to me or the people I love. I get it especially bad when I fly and when my boyfriend travels. My greatest fear is that he will die. My second greatest fear is that I will die.
Maybe you are anxious about your friend dying because you can't imagine living without them, as I feel about my boyfriend. Maybe you are afraid of what would happen to YOU if something happened to your friend. Everyone has anxiety, but if you feel this anxiety is preventing you from doing certain things, or if you feel it will escalate in the future, you should consider seeing a therapist. It can be incredibly helpful. :)
When I'm in big crowds/around a lot of people. When I'm near an automatic door (I too am afraid it won't open and I'll walk into it like an idiot). Before tests. I get a lot of anxiety attacks.
I get a really bad anxiety attack when I know there's a spider in my room.

I have to do things so idont get so anxious, I tell myself something bad will happen if I dont do something etc.
thunderstorms spiders clowns (ugh I effin hate them) bieng @ my house alone (there are sum wierd people that live around here)
everything haha. I have no patience. but what makes me the most anxious is when im on my way to california ;]
exams, walking through doors, going really fast in cars, being home alone at night, being in a crowded space
Everytime I think about my career, I become anxious. Only time can cure it, said my shrink.
