What is wrong? am I pregnant?

On the 15th I got my period for 3days and then 3days after that I was having dark brown discharge and followed by tender breasts with sore nipples. I took a home pregnancy test but was neg. I then went to the doctors and they said it was caused by stress. But my nipples are still very sore with tender breasts. I had unprotected sex about 4days before my period but I just dont knowwhat the hell is going on. Please advise me on what this may be.
