My face always gets really really red when I get up in front of a group of people, talk to a guy I like, or anything that may get you a even the slightlest bit nervous or embarrassed. I dont know what to do!! Then ill think of my face getting red, or people tell me it is (which only makes it worse).
I heard there was some kind of cream that you can put on your face so that wont happen, im not completely sure. If anyone had experience with it or heard of it, please let me know. Also if you have any kind of tips for me, I would really appreciate it!!!
No, :( There isn't a cream for it. It sounds like you blush really easily. It's not a medical problem just something that happens. I actually have the same problem :) What works for me is as soon as I feel my face turning red I breathe deep and think to myself, "I'm only going to let myself be embarressed for 5 seconds." I then count to five breathing deep and it usually takes away the redness :) I really hope this helps ^_^
clinique has an anti-redness range which is good for redness associated with small, superficial blood vessels. Not sure if that would help for you or not. The other option is using a green or yellow primer (smash box does a good one for redness) under foundation.
As far as I know, there is no cream that can do that. When you feel your face getting red, just take deep breaths and think of something pleasant and that should calm it down. Plus, (when talking to the guy you like) most guys think blushing is really cute.
I tnk that you just not to thk about the getting red thing,and focus on what are you talking.
