What is an easy way to lose 2 & a half stone?!?! I really only have over 2 months! Plzzz answerrr
Eat small healthy meals 4-5 times a day to keep burning calories at all time, walk fast or run (depending on what shape you're in) 3 times a week. A small meal can be anything from a chickenbreast (without the skin of course) with vegetables for dinner, to some fruit in the evening. Try to keep away from cheese and milk and egg-yokes. Take your time when youre shopping, read the lables on what the food contain and make a shopping-list. Never go shopping for food when you're hungry :)
NO sweets. If you want a snack, eat a carrot or two.
There's no shortcuts. Just hard work :) But you've got plenty of time, so start today, and you'll make it. You can look for healthy food on the internet. Healthy food is often very god if you prepare it right.
And please do not overdo this if you're very young, or you're not overweight!
I just wanna say (since I believe youre a girl), that most boys like girls with some meat on their bones instead of a skinny girl who looks like she's gonna breake if she sneezes too hard ;) Good luck.

dont eat.nothing faster than that.I can never resist,its either dont eat or eat to much.I've lost a stone and half in 3 weeks of not eating.20 min walks twice a day and sit ups and some pilates are always good for toning.always drink water on a fast.first few days are always hard but if you get past them you'll feel great and wont have hunger pains anymore. after you want to stop the fast you have to ease back in a healthy diet so you dont gain loads of weight back again,start with fruit jucies and then a plain salad the next day and just fruit and veg the next,try and stay on healthy meals for a wile before you start to give yourself the occasional treat you have to have your weight under a lot of control. good luck xxx
Well, you've got to, of course watch what you eat, but not only that, you have to be aware of how much you're eating. You dont want to go on a diet, per se because then when you're done with it you'll gain the weight back. You've got to have healthy eating habits through your whole life. Get into a workout routine too. On Monday, for example you can workout your abs and on Tuesdays, your legs, maybe rest Wednesdays, you know? Workout different parts of your body on different days so you can give muscles time to rest.

a stone is 14 pounds. so really I need to lose 28 pounds ish
