What is a good excuse?
K guys I need your help, please. Follow along. I am a sophmore in high school and I am currently in Biology. Our teacher is somewhat nice. Her homework policy is if you don’t turn it in, you can turn it in for full credit up until the chapter test. We had a sub the other day in bio, and I forgot to turn my homework in and am not sure what I should do. She has accepted late homework after the test to other students before but I don’t want some lame excuse because I really have no explination. PLEASE HELP!!!
just explain to her what happened!! teachers are reasonable!! if your honest with her im sure she will be completley cool about it
I think most teachers want you to succeed, especially if they show interest and motivation. I would talk to your teacher, tell her you did the homework, but you have been concerned about handing it in because of her policy and the sub. But now someone suggested you just hand it in and explain instead of worrying about it. And hey, what’s really the worst that can happen..your teacher would say to bad. Oh well. I think it’s worth the risk. Plus to be successful in education, communication is key. And going out of our comfort zone can really help us get better at this. Gook luck!
