What is a good cooling pad for my laptop?

Want one with push fans that will suck in air from the outside and force them up into my laptop through its bottom intake fans.
USB powered (preferrably with spare USB port).
Steel or aluminum for better cooling.
Ball bearing fans.

Belkin is a good brand, that’s the kind I got for my macbook - however, I’d strongly recommend reading reviews on epinionis, amazon, or buzzillions before making a purchase to make sure nobody else had problems with the product (as returns are always a hassle, eh?).
