What do I do after my boyfriend robbed me?

im 16 and my ex boyfriend of 2 years robbed me yesterday hes 20 years old. I called his family and friends everyone was covering for him and insulting me like I did something wrong. he stole from me and hit me. I called the police and they said they cant do nothing because that wasnt too bad, I cant even get a restraining order against him cause I dont know where he lives. I know he is wanted by the police in a different state but the police from here told me until they arest him they cant do a background check to lock him up for that also. im scared he might follow me to bother and harass me some more. I wanna kill him cause I feel like thats the only way to end this but then ill ruin my life for that asshole. please someone help me I dont know what to do not even the police can help me my parents are out of the pictures I have no family and im scared for my life I want him out of it. I want him in jail for not only what he did to me just now, but for all the times he laid his hands on me and verbally abused me. I guess I want revenge, but if he would have just left me alone I would’ve been fine. what do I do? I have a feeling the police aint gon do * until he shots or kills me. help me please
