She’s had guest roles on shows such as Drake & Josh, Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide, The O.C., and How I Met Your Mother. She filmed an ABC pilot for the show Secrets of a Small Town; a FOX pilot called The Apostles, and CBS pilot called American Family.

In Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 she portrays Effie, Lena’s little sister.

She appeared in some of the episodes of the new Disney show Wizards of Waverly Place as Miranda Hampson, Justin Russo’s girlfriend. Hale also appears in NBC’s re-imagining of the Bionic Woman as Becca Sommers, younger sister to title character Jaime Sommers.

She filmed a pilot for Surviving The Filthy Rich which was picked up by The CW in 2008. Her co-stars are Ashley Newbrough and Joanna Garcia.

On the message board of her website (www.lucyhale.com) Lucy has stated that she is working on her first, so-far unnamed solo album.
