What ever happened to sex ed?

I’ve been looking around this site, and have seen so many questions by young people posed about sex and pregnancy. When I was coming up, we had sex education. By the time I reached the age to “fool around” I knew what went where, how things happened, and the possible consequences of my actions. Do schools still offer sex ed? If not, does anyone else think they should?

What a shame. Now we have kids thinking they can get pregnant by a hand, with absolutely no fear of the other health risks associated with unprotected sex.

sex education still goes on in some schools unfortunately not all, and nothing is offered in religious schools a lack of sex education is to blame for pretty much all the kids, teens and even some adults who still dont know the consequences of sex, and so ask if they can be pregnant when theyve had sex I also beleive sex education should be forced in all schools

The stupid religious people probably got there way and had it pushed back even farther. I know some people that never got sex ed until high school. In NY when I was in Grade K we leanred about it. Then in Ohio I recieved Sex ed in 6th grade. Then again in Highschool in 9th grade.

I believe that sex education should be forced in all schools. We got sex education when I was 11 (grade 6) for the first time and it really made a hell of a difference.

they offer it in grades 6 and 7 and then 8th they forget about it and only once in the high school
