What does this mean?

To have a kind spirit, and you’re open to telling your emotions. For example: when I go to church, I like to express my emotions to close friends, and one of my leaders. That’s what wearing your heart on your sleeve means. Being emotional, and don’t mind expressing them either. It also means to be honest with yourself and others. Some people say that about me. Of course, I’m a very emotional person anyway. My closest friends can attest to this.
