Its one of the scene words that popped up when I was trying to find me a scene name and I wanted to know what it meant.
If it's not in the urban dictionary, it's not officially slang, lol :)
Since it's not there, logic dictates it must have been a username of somebody OR a suggestion for a username, with no alternative denotations of the word available.
take away the silly x's most so called scene and emo kids/teems use in there usernames and you have e core "'e core"' is not a word core is a word e is a letter so this suggests the e stands for something. like emo for example
