wow, you sound just like me! I like to break things when Im not happy.. do you have a stress ball or anything? Something that wont break if you throw it at a wall? Or take a bunch of recycled paper that you have? Newspapers, magazines, etc, and rip them to bits. sounds kinda funny but if that’s how you deal with your anger, it works.

I agree with ilovehedley321, rip up some unused newspapers or something and get a little stress ball to squeeze that won’t break and listen to happy music! lol

Oops, this answer is probably a little late. But maybe next time?

I’ve found it really helps to curl up with a book that I loved when I was a kid. Any one. And just get absorbed into that different world.

(Not tear-dripping romantic books - I mean books you loved when you were, say, 9 or 10 )

Oh my goodness.. I’m having one of those days too :( What I do is turn up some happy music. Preferably I like to listen to Natasha Bedingfield. Her music makes me feel happy. Especially her song “happy” haha . But yes, don’t eat. That wont help. Maybe exercise or go for a walk, or sing. Those release endorphins. (things in your body that make you feel happy)
