what do I have?

im starting to get this kinda bumps in my arms they are red and the burn if I touch them,I tried everything and they wont go away!! and I barley got them when I came back from school.. help?

it could be an infarction I for got the name for it but its normal caused by well anything from deodorant to a allergic reaction see a doctor my friend had one and the docker had to cut his out
buts if your still not sure better safe then sorry and see a professional about it

You may have an allergy to something that you dont even know bout, like I was allergic to grass for a long time and had no idea and wondered why my skin would get very irratated. Wash the area and watch it for a few days if it persists talk to a doctor. I hope this helps!
