What do I do?my ex has my paycheck/ w2?

So I was living with my boyfriend in utah for 6 months. I recently moved out last month and my last pay check and w2 form from target (my old work) got sent to him. He is playing games andf wont sent it. His phone is shut off. What do I do? Will target send me a new check w2 to my address in nevada if I call them??

I don’t think it can be considered “stolen” unless he cashes it…

Yes, call Target and ask them to cancel payment on the other check and redo your W2…it takes a while to redo the W2, but this is the only way you’ll be able to get them.

Call the police - if he is holding your paycheque, he is in possession of stolen property.

I’m sure he’ll be more than happy to send it to you when the police arrive at his door.
