hi,, recently I lost my memory and then found it in my coat pocket I went and told ma learning mentor and he went you spesh?? wot does that mean ??

That makes a little more sense.
I can't say I know what he meant for sure, but anytime people (my age) use the term "spesh" it means "special" aka "stupid".
Hopefully that's not what he meant.

Spesh= calling someone stupid (comes from the word special needs)
