what can I do about my game?

I just tried to install need for speed shift and a minute or so after starting to install I get this error (error reading from file: F:\support\ea help\de\glossary_n.gif. verify that the file exists and that you can access it.) with three options cancel, retry or ignore when I go to retry it just keeps coming up and cancel just cancels but when I click ignore it starts again but shortly after it comes back up again but slightly changing at the end it always starts with F:\support\ea help so what do I do and my sytem meets the requirements some of are even better
