I already have the state of mind..Its the style I need help with.
lol Hippies are awesome. Well... Smoke pot Play the acoustic guitar Dance around fires (maybe naked,or without a bra on...Or even BURN your bra) Tie-dye shirts Lots of bracelets Round glasses Sandals/flip-flops Baggy,flowing skirts Faded colors Torn up blue jeans etc etc Does this help?
but like everyone said..if you TRULY have the state of mind of "a hippie" the way you dress would symbolize it..don't try so hard. style doesn't necessarily mean "trendy" or "looking the part"..to me that oozes POSER. juss be you, whatever your wearing because of it, is your natural style.
flowing skirts, loose-fitting clothes, and "save-the-earth" tees is the stereotype where I come from. shop at vintage stores like woodstock. anything eco-friendly will work. patchwork and patterns with bright colors, too. throw in some pot and your good to go! kidding
looks like you have a nice length to your hair..try loose bed-head beachy waves with a head band to cut right in the middle of your forehead. a neutral color..the cutest accessory I can think of when I think hippie chick is the head band. :]
If you truly have the state of mind then the clothes don't matter.
