What are the names of these NES games?

Taking advantage of the glory of ebay, and even more so of the glory of old NES classics. I am having trouble remembering the names of some games I played as a kid, I’m hoping someone will know these games from my descriptions. I am describing 3 different games I’m hoping someone knows any of them.

1.This game was a one or two player game with a blue guy (player one) or red guy (player two) with motorcycle or space helmets of some sort, driving a red convertible, although most levels walking, shooting enemies (which were zombies or just dirty bad guys) I also remember if you got close to them and press B they would go into the sky.

2. This game was about a haunted house of some sort, & in the beginning some teenagers decide to play ding dong ditch on it. So one guy goes up to the door and rings the doorbell & runs. A green frankenstein-like person/monster goes to answer, only to find nobody there. I have never played the game further than this.

3. This game was somewhat of an army game, & will probably be the most difficult to describe/guess because there might have been many like this type of game. The game consisted of driving a tank, driving upwards. You could shoot enemies, drive and smash buildings, and also pick up allies/survivors from the buildings. If you weren’t close enough for them to get in they’d kind of jiggle or shake or something, I vaguely remember..
