Learn to work on one move until you can land that move 100% of the time. My favorite was the double takedown learning lots of moves can help but my coach tought that if you learn too many you will only be ok with them but if you take time to practice and learn how to always make the few you know land you will win more often. 1: your head has to be the lowest to ground thats a way to get the guy to the ground. 2: when you are about to wrestle run in to him and both of your hand should be around his knee and push the person down no matter how much he tries he will still fall down 100% sure I tired it out on my dad and it worked.
