What are some good hairstyles for school?

Firstly, thanks to anyone who’s taking the time to help me. :)

So does anyone know what are some good ideas for hairstyles for school? My school has rules..like they don’t want us leaving our hair loose, although no one follows that rule.

I have a uniform as well, so that pretty much sucks and we’re not allowed to wear make up so the only thing we can really do is our hair. :: sighs ::

So does anyone know some cute, easy, simple hairstyles that can be done quickly and not really standing out too much but just looking good?

Some hairstyles I normally do:

  1. Ponytail, either high or low. Sometimes with a headband.

  2. Half-up pony tail

  3. Just leaving it down and loose

I’m sick of those though, and, well, I hate putting my hair up in a bun so please don’t suggest that.

My hair is halfway down my back, dark brown/black, wavy-straight. The hairdresser kind of screwed up the haircut cause the front pieces is about an inch down my shoulder- and no it’s not bangs. It was supposed to be layers..

I don’t have a curling iron or a crimper so anything needing those, no can do. :(

So..help? please?

a scruffy bun… it looks real hot… and the best thing is that it doesnt matter how messy it gets… :)

put your hair in a mid to high pony tail…

put hair spray all over iyour hair and keep scrunching it ( if you dont have enough time you dont have to)

then when its scrunched up grab the bottom of your hair and literally ‘slap’ it on to your head. then put more hair bands on and more hair spray..

to make it look spikey you can get a hair band with fake hair on and put that on at the end.. this makes it look more lush

ooh that is cute.

I think that you should just be yourself whatever suits you the best because at the end of the day if your boyfriend or friends don’t like the way you look then there not very good friends are they? so my advice would be to just be yourself! but if I had to choose then I would go for down and straightned and for PE down in a low ponytail :) :D xxx

hey, I have the same problem!!! but you could try find some cute clips, in back and white, and wear your hair out, with the clips to keep it out of your eyes, or you could invest in a cheap straitner or curler, or crimper, and use those, just make sure you get some cream stuff so your hair doesnt get burned or frizzed!! Hope that helps =)

Thanks. :)

Oh and one more thing- we’re only allowed to wear either black or white in our hair. I know, my school sucks right?

Answer #12

That’s a tough one as I don’t know your particular taste, I can make suggestions though. Side parts, and behind the ear usually work, it keeps it out of your face, tiny ornate clips enhance hairstyles, the old stand by braids are cool, like a loosely done french braid this is one of those things you just have to experiment with because it is so individual.
