What are my chances of making it to the NFL?

okay like I said im 13 years old- 6”2 231 lbs I run like a 5.0-5.1 40 yard dash I bench press like 215 what are my chances of playin pro ball???

If that’s your dream - ask coaches and other knowledgeable adults: What do I need to do to excel at (name of the position you play)? - do that and keep your grades up so you can get accepted at a good college to showcase your talents - know going in, very few make it, the odds are against you, so fight for it…I wish you every success !!

Im pretty sure that only 2.5% of college athletes go pro… You have to work year round, and dont smoke or drink…

At 13…your first, and biggest priority is making sure that you excel in your high school game. Then, if you also graduate & do well enough, you may get a full ride at a top teir school. Shine there, and then you might make it to the NFL.

At 13, you’re at least 5 years away from signing any kind of contract at all, and not even in high school yet :) Or shouldn’t be.

I haven’t got a clue what the chances are, I can imagine its quite competitive. Just try out for teams and you’ll get to higher and higher levels and see where it takes you.
