I cannot lose weight for my life. I have a lot of water weight and I tried dieting and excercising… I tried different protein shakes, healthy snacks and everything else. I have spent over 900 dollars on gym memberships, foods, special tablets, dvds, and nothing helps. Please help me. I weigh 156 pounds and I wanna get down to at least 130 before january. is there any trick, or anything to help me??? PLease help me. anything..

How long have you stayed with your exercise and diet program?

It takes MONTHS of living healthy if you are overweight to lose weight. After all you didn’t put it on in a few weeks, so how on earth do you think it’ll be possible to LOSE it all in a few weeks?

So go back to gym, give up unhealthy food for GOOD, cut down on portions, eat more regularly and drink water and guess what after a FEW MONTHS you’ll start seeing a good difference.

I’ve known people to have good success with the adkins diet. Only problem with that is there’s a plateau after a few weeks where you don’t see any more fast results. That might get you to where you want though. Good old fashion diet and exercise. is best. Calorie counting watching what you put in vs. what comes aka what kind of exercise you do. It sucks but it works.
