well I was 110 a couple days ago but I’ve been eating more, so im probably somewhere between 114-117 right now im not very sure. my parents took my scale away. I just feel huge though
If you go by the BMI standard that’s supposed to be what you are supposed to weigh, but nobody realistically is at their actual weight. It depends on your height, body structure, fat index and total body mass, what time od day you weigh yourself etc.
Based on your height a healthy weight is between 115 and 154lbs.
well, I get what youre saying but I was going more for an approx range.
105 / 110 / 115 / 120 etc
