Everyone want to look good an have great body but very few people actually work to achieve that where do you fall in?

I limit my calorie intake eachday. Also, I have a 30 minute exorsice workout I do each night.

I have played three sports up until now and in my free time I do like 30 minute workouts or I run a few laps
