why do women weigh more during their period?The scale reads 5 more pounds than I usually am..is that normal?

ya I beleive so…dont woman get bloated during that time? theres a reason you guys get cramps and all that. but im no doctor or a menstral expert

its fluid built up from the month getting ready for a fertilised egg when it does get that it will shed hence period you will lose and gain between 1-6 lbs each month from this
