website forbidden? how do I fix that?

I keep going 2 this website and everytime I git there this comes up:

Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /stocks.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.7a mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.6 Server at pokerrpg.com Port 443

It’s trying to tell you the page doesn’t exist…it’s an error within the site itself, and there’s nothing you can do.

its not inappropriate. its a poker website. do I just change my privledges so its unforbidden?

it means that the website is inaproatiate for you to see or theres a bug or virus in it so it wont let you on.

well then you don’t have the right to see that certain website.
