Who wears make up primer?
Can I put it on before I put my eyeliner on? I’m so sick of it smudging/rubbing off/fading etc.. Can I get a q-tip and put it on before the eyeliner? Will it even make a difference?
To me, calling something you stick on your face “primer” does not make it desirable. Thus it would be a no in my book :) As for your eyeliner problem though, I’m sure you could put it on after this face paint stuff dries…haha. Liquid liner might be a little trickier, but pencil can go over almost anything.
Use Milani’s “LIQUIF’EYE” eye liner in black it stays on all day long like liquid eye liner, but it’s a pencil. You can find it in any drug store.
