What to wear with shiny leggings?

Like as in tops, accesories, shoes? What color are the leggings?

I was wondering what i could wear if i were to buy shiny leggings. So anything of anything.

Since the tights are shiny & draw attention, I think plain clothing would go best with. Simple black, baggy sweater with a long gold necklace & gold bangles maybe ?
