Lol, I indeed am a frog maniac. I recently got a few African dwarf frogs, so my knowledge of them is limited as well. It’s not likely that your pet frog is going to get pregnant in general unless you have bred her in the specific environment needed for that to happen. If you have done that somehow, however, you may see slight bloating in the belly, but not much. Frogs lay eggs, so they don’t get fat enough to have a full tadpole in them. As for eating their babies, that’s unlikely as well. They aren’t very aggressive, and most of them don’t pay much attention to their freshly laid eggs because they leave them to be fertilized. You should have no worries about either situation
