Was THAT my first period?

I had a streak of brown in my underwear and when I wiped there was brownish discharge with little brown spots. Is that my first period, or could it be. I need some help!

If it continues then that’s a period.But,if not then it could mean your period is getting ready to start soon.Maybe in as little as a few days.

Yeah, it could be your first period coming on. Speak to your mother or older sister about it. Mine was like that before the real thing happened. Don’t worry, you just need to wear a pad to be safe. Unfortunately, I didn’t wear pads at first when that happened. I know that its scary at first, but, if you speak to your mother, then you’ll feel better.

That’s how mine started. It was a little brown discarge and then a couple weeks later my first “real” period came which was dark brownish red. No worries. Talk to your mom or female relative.

it a sign of the starting. Consult your mum or sister or a close friend for advice. If ure not sure just start wearing sanitary pads 2 b on the safe side.

It probaly means you’ll start soon so don’t worry about it just wear a pad in case
