Will braising veal make it tough?

i want to make veal w /tuna sauce. what will happen if i braise the veal scallops ? will they become tough?

If you cook them for too long, yes, they will become tough. As long as you don’t overcook it and cover it as appropriate to lock in the juices, you should be fine.
