For he past 20 mins my stomache has been killing me it feels like someone is stabbing me over and over, and I am so cold. What is this??? Please help thnks

I hope you were smart enough to go to the doctor. Symptoms like that should never be left to guess work but should immediately be attended to by a physician, even if only over the telephone. Fun Advice is not a replacement for common sense medical attention in cases like yours.
My first impression is a bleeding ulcer.

I'm not sure excatly where you are, but that does not sound too good & you should go to Hospital to get it checked out!
have you got a thermometer at home to check if you have a fever? is there anyone in your place you can get them to help you? like I said, if it continues, go to emergency & even if it has stopped, still go & get tests done, ultra sound, x-rays & so on, all the best x
could be apendisitis you shuould go to the doctor sounds serous if you have apendisitis your apendix can burst and can be fatal if not treated in about 1 week not sure both my parents apendixes burst when were kids and my 10 year old cosins burst last year
Maybe it is like my sis...started your period! Or you could have acid indigestion...or just a tummy ache!
