I don't have a bedtime. Generally my mum likes me in bed by 1AM on a school night but she doesn't mind me staying up until anytime I like on holidays or weekends. She informs me of how not much sleep is bad for my body, but she let's me be in control of myself. As a teen, she feels that I should know what I want and how to control my own self, and so she doesn't force a bedtime on me.

I try to be in bed by 11. Though of course in the weekends that's not going to happen. Weekdays when I used to have to get up at 6 for work, I tried to go to bed at 9-10. I was usually very good at bed time haha. All I'm doing that's keeping me from sleep is answering Qs on here, so time well spent?... lol
I don't have a bedtime, my parents never gave me one. I always used to go when I felt like it, but I always managed to get myself up but I think that was a good idea because it got me used to time keeping. Made me more independant.
yeah mine tooo i have very bad sleeping patern............................... i just go bed wenever i feel like sleeping sometimes i am up until 5am so i dont know when is my bed time.... iguess ihave none hahaha

How is that working for you? Even adults have problems knowing what they want and self control...That why we have the Bible (most important book) and many other self help books plus sited like these.
Mine is all over the place.The earliest I ever sleep is midnight, but the other night I was up until 5 a.m. (which is something I do a lot). It really just depends on how much Red Bull I've had :D
I tend to stay up till 4:00am and then sleep till 12 in the afternoon...Not a great habit since it cuts my day in half. When I have to go somewhere I try to go to bed by 2am haha.......
i tend to try and go to sleep by 8, but most nights i'm up doing homework which honestly sucks and i tried to procrastinate, but my teachers somehow end up in my dreams hahahahaha
On a school night about 3am and I wake up at 6am. On a weekend about 5am and wake up like at 2pm. :P It's messed up, and I don't like it, but it's a habit I got used to.
I go to bed at 9, but it seems I can't sleep at all trough the whole night, so I wake up over and over again, but at least I to bed early, that helps a bit.
After years of working nights I like nights time better, I'm more productive then, so I usually go to bed around 3am or so and am back up around 9-10am.
Whenever I feel like. I really should go to bed by 11, but I have always been a night person, so I often dont sleep until 2-4am, which isnt good.
i wish my mom would think like this! She's so controling and if she gave me my own choice i would be responsible with it
my parents tried to make it 9:30, but that didn't work out, i usually try to get to bed by like 12 haha
I try to by 11. I can never go to sleep before that (usually) my shows always start at 10 lol

hey that the same thing with me...i jus got use to it...i wake up at 5pm
It works fine. I don't take it for granted and I manage my own self.
I work 12 hour night shifts, so my "bed time" is usually 9am-2pm
On school night- 9:30pm On the weekends or holidays-11:00pm
10 on weekdays, and anytime during weekends and holidays
A lot of us need to work on getting 8 hours asleep.
i dont have one but i make sure in in bed by 12 lol
