Why can't I upload photos or music to my iPod?

Ok so i plug my ipod into my laptop and my itunes and ipod are fully up to date.. it goes to sync and don’t complete ever and then i drag songs into my ipod and it don’t do it and i can’t put photos onto it either it won’t drag anymore i’m stuck on what to do :/ help please?

IT BECAUSE YOU DON’T HAVE A BLUETOOTH.

If you have a PC with windows on it, the two sometimes just don’t work together. My advice, buy a zune that works with windows ( you get unlimited downloads for 15 bucks a month) or a mac that works with ipods. Or wait for the new update for itunes. Lets face it. Mac and pc hate each other
