Why when I try to upload any photo it goes like : ask for my picture, then it makes an "X" in the photo's place?

The picture is most likely not the right format, .jpg, .gif, etc. It says on the upload page what formats are accepeted.
Most of the time, it’s either because you have an incorrect format (it has to be .jpg, .gif, or .png), or the extension is missing from the file name (it should be “image.jpg”, not just “image”)
