what are some unique christmas/holiday traditions your family does?

My family always open one present on Christmas Eve, which are PJ’s and wear them to bed. Me and my siblings all sleep in the basement and stay up late to watch xmas movies. Most of my family traditions are on actual Christmas though. My brothers and sisters wake up super early and we start with stockings, while waiting for our parents to finally get up. Then we eat this huge christmas breakfast (cresants, cinnamon buns, eggs, english muffins, etc). When it’s time to open presents, we sit around the living room and open them while my mom & dad video tape the whole thing. After that, we put all our things away in our rooms & get in the car to go to my grandparents house all the way in NY for christmas#2, haha.

Awesomee :) If you don’t mind me asking, How many brothers & sisters do you have??

My family normally goes to my first set of grandparents house like a week before Christmas. Then on Christmas Eve we go to my other grandparents house with our cousins and open presents and eat a huge dinner (Ham, Turkey, Home Made Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Biscuts, etc) and open presents and then listen to music and watch some christmas movies there. Then around 8:45 p.m. we all leave and go home, then we attempt to fall asleep. (Which is really hard for me to do!) Then on Christmas Morning me and my brother wake up at like 6 a.m. then go wake our parents up. (Which they hate(:) and then we start off by opening our stocking stuffers. My mom makes us open one present at a time so it takes longer. Then we open our dogs presents for him :) and then we open our presents from under the tree. Then we have a big Brunch (Breakfast/ Lunch) and we normally go to our family’s houses after that :)
