Ugly age spots...what to do?

What removes age spots? I have tried different creams and so far had 2 light treatments but those are $250 a session just for the lower legs.

I dont know if it works.. because im only 20.. but my grandma rub hers with fresh limon juice.. is lightens them.. she said her family has done it for years.. I think it works.. hers almost blend in.. hope this helps!
