I chew sugar free gum all the time without any problem.

i cew all types of gum, juicey fruit, trident layers, ext. i have braces the only way the gum gets caught in the braces is if you perposley put it on the outside of your teeth, if it stays were your tungue is, then it shouldn’t get caught
i chew gum all the time, i have had braces for half a year and chew gum all the time, they never get caught on my braces.
I chew any gum I get . It depends how u chew and u can’t move it to the side of ur mouth cuz it’ll get stuck .after awhile u get used to it
I chew dentyne, Trident, 5 Gum, really anything sugar free is fine. The reason you dont want sugar gum is cause the sugar can get in between teeth and cause caveties.
I’d say trident because its sugar free and won’t get stuck on your braces. I love the tropical twist and water melon even though I don’t have braces I still think those two flavors by Trident are good. Try that and see what results you’ll get.
