trying not to give up

so as most of you saw my other question from like almost 2 months ago now, I havent lost any weight. I totally got off my diet and got completely unmotivaded and it seemed like no one wanted to help me or they didnt have time, so to speak. im atleast over 200 now and my life couldnt get much worse than this. my weight affects my life so much. I cant run in gym, im always the last to get picked on like a team, people make fun of me for my mile time and just my weight in general. im so sick of this and I’ve been really depressed for the past few days after I got my blood test results back and they were horrible. they said that my chlesterol or how ever you spell that was high and I felt like I was going to die. no one wanted to help me, not even my family. my dads the reason why im like this believe it or not. ever since I was 7 years old, my mom was going to get surgery done and she was supposed to come back the next day. instead, she came back 3 years later because the surgery went all wrong. my dad every single night got me and my sister fast food. he said he didnt have time to cook and it gets me really mad when he says he has nothing to do with it and the doctors blame it all on me and that just makes the situation a whole lot worse. I swear if this stress and weight doesnt get away from me soon something will happen to me, like horrible health problems in the near future and stuff like that. it hurts me so bad and im crying while im typing this because its too much for me. im about like 5’6 and im pretty sure im over 200 pounds and im so sick of seeing that number on the scale. I dont want people saying its easy just because they dont have to do it and they havent been at my position. im trying so hard not to give up and it hurts me even more to see my family not even care about this. it just makes me feel like whats the point of living if no1 will help you through your struggles. I need help and if I dont get it soon something could happen. most of you probably think im exaggerating this too, but im not. this was a summary of my life and how I view it everyday. help is needed!

Drinks: Gatorade Coke Sprite Cherry 7-Up

Food: (theres a lot hahhaha but ill start with the healthy stuff first.) Grapes Apples Bananas Corn Baked Beans Green Beans Peas Broccoli (with some cheese yum hahahha) Salad Spinich a little bit I dunno if you consider eggs healthy hahaha Turkey Ham Salami Lettuce Onion Cheese Milk (only with cereal) Cheerios, one of the healthy cereals that I like hahaha Im still thinking hard hahaha… Bagels Butter Creamcheese Sausage (I dont know if you consider this stuff healthy anymore hahahha)

Some unhealthy stuff that I like: Cinnamon Toast Crunch McDonalds (french fries, cheeseburgers, etc.) Mozzarella sticks Onion rings Mostly greasy things lmao And I like a lot of food so I hope this helped XD

XD ok I just attached it here and ill put the caption here because I think thats why it didnt work the caption was too long XD ok this pic was in may im the one with the white sweatshirt btw I forgot in the other caption to put that but w.e its not like it showed up for me anyway XD in may I went to an aiden concert at the chance, may 6th, it was my bday, the last show I believe that jake w played at and they cancelled that tour after that for some odd reason. I sorta miss their old stuff lmao anyway this is like the only picture I have that shows my full body in daylight haahha and nick wiggins is in the middle and my friend jen is at the end on the right lolzzz ok so more advice if you can :) ill tell you how im doing once I start this diet XD and shally I loved what you said its funny and made me cheer up :D thanks again guys, I hope to hear from you all soon x3

  Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

ok I probably wiegh the same as you do and I feel good about myself . just a tip love your curves!!! because one day you won’t have them. and if some one has a problem with how you run out of breath in gym or any other time just say to them I may CAN lose some weight but they don’t have plastic surgery for your ugly face:D
